Update: there was a kitchen fire at 3907 Wallingford Avenue. No injuries reported. Traffic is now back to normal. Wallingford Avenue is closed by the Seattle Fire Dept from 40th down to about 37th due to some sort of incident -- as best I could tell from the cab I was just in, a car accident.
