Green Lake Regatta

The area's largest rowing event is coming to Green Lake this Saturday, August 7th. My Green Lake has the scoop: More than 1,000 participants from Washington, Oregon, Idaho and British Columbia will compete in the 49th Annual Green Lake Summer Rowing Regatta. Competitions begin at 6:45 a.m. and continue throughout the day, with the last race at 6:30 p.m. Races will start every 10 minutes. Tonight, we hitched up our baby trailer to the bike, buckled in Baby Z and heading out on a tour of Seattle Night Out block parties tonight and found Wallingford as welcoming a neighborhood as you can imagine.
