This Friday (August 31), the good folks over at Fresh Fitness & Dance Studio (4430 Corliss Ave. N. behind Kabul Restaurant on 45th) are offering a free sampling for an upcoming Beginning Belly Dance Class that starts in October. Here are the deets:

Join the FUN, come and bring a can of food, or used clothing and learn some basic Belly Dance moves and a short routine.  NO experience needed, or hone your dusty moves.

Times offered: 12-1 pm, and 4:30-5:30
