Salon Metro: Toiletries Drive

Tis the season of giving and Salon Metro needs our help! Salon Metro (1714 N. 45th) is now collecting toiletries for the Orion Center and Youth Care Transitional Living Program.  Drop off  your donations at Salon Metro, Tuesday-Friday, 11am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-3pm. Donation requests include unused/unopened shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, brushes, make-up, toothpaste, facial and body soaps, and etc.--full size or travel size.  These items will help support the teens and young adults who are trying to obtain jobs and continue their education.  By simply dropping off toiletries…

Wallingford's most famous resident, Dave Matthews, is giving a special acoustic performance with Tim Reynolds on Monday December 6th at McCaw Hall.
