Last week, Seattle City Council approved a set of standards for encampments hosted by religious entities including faith-based community shelter support in church buildings, parking lots, or land leased to churches. Tis the season of giving and Salon Metro needs our help! Salon Metro (1714 N. 45th) is now collecting toiletries for the Orion Center and Youth Care Transitional Living Program. Drop off your donations at Salon Metro, Tuesday-Friday, 11am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 9am-3pm.
