Wallingford Wading Pool Opens Wednesday

Happy days are here again -- especially if you're a parent to kids who love the Wallingford Wading Pool. The season kicks-off next Wednesday (June 26) and runs Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 12:00pm to 7:00pm through August 18. Film Crew At Gas Works Park

A large film crew will be filming scenes for a television pilot at Gasworks Park on Monday, April 15. While most of the filming will take place at night, after the park is closed to the public, the crew will be setting up that afternoon, including on and around the observation platform. Field Closure at Wallingford Playfield

If playing ultimate Frisbee or soccer in the mud is part of your winter ritual, then you’ll need to head somewhere besides Wallingford Playfield this year.
