Arrest in Lita Byrnes Case

The Seattle Police Department announced today that they have made an arrest in the homicide case of Wallingford community leader Lita Byrnes: SPD Homicide Detectives have arrested a 25-year-old man for the murder of his roommate, a 38-year-old woman, in Wallingford last month. The arrest in this complex case came after an extensive investigation, working in conjunction with the Washington State Crime Lab and the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
