A Strong 2012 Finish for the Seattle Housing Market

For the 11th consecutive month the median sale price for single-family homes sold in Northwest Seattle, including Wallingford, met or exceeded the sale price for the same period a year prior. Much of this trend can be attributed to a nearly 50% decrease in the supply of homes compared to the previous year. Anyone lose a Pitbull Puppy?

Update, 8:12pm: Good news! "Dude" has been reunited with his "Dad"! Meredith posted on our Facebook page last night that she found a young Pitbull in between her fence and her garage. She's taken him to a Vet up in Lake City. The vet says the Pitbull is likely 9-10 mos. old and may be a stray, though his nails are clipped short, which likely means he has a human out there somewhere. The vet will hold him one more say…

Field Closure at Wallingford Playfield
