New Apartments Planned for 45th/Interlake

Seattle developer Harbor Urban is planning a new mixed use/apartment building for 1321 N. 45th Street (corner of Interlake Avenue and N. 45th). Plans call for 150 apartments with ground level retail space and below grade parking for 100-140 vehicles, totaling 168,000 square feet. You can review the plans here, including design sketches. Registration Now Open for Little League

Registration for North Central Little League (NCLL) is now open for boys starting at ages 5-6 (for Tee Ball) up to Big League (ages 17-18). Girls ages 5-6 can also sign up for T-ball, and softball is offered to girls ages 7 to 14. Register online here by January 15 to avoid a late fee.
