‘Spotted’ House is Painted/Up for Sale

Back in December, we asked readers to vote on a new color for an unusually-bespotted house on Latona at NE 40th St. The home, now in a deep "Segovia Red", is now for sale. Fremont-based Green Canopy Homes wrote to tell us they've transformed the house into a "Studs-out Builtgreen" home with high-efficient systems, sustainable finishes, energy efficient lighting and appliances, and planted an edible landscape full of veggies and blueberries.
