Seattle Schools closed Friday

In case you were wondering, or had any doubt whatsoever...here's the official announcement from Seattle Public Schools: Dear Families, Due to concerns about hazardous road conditions, including icy roads, all Seattle Public Schools will be closed on Friday, January 20. The John Stanford Center for Educational Excellence will also be closed to all non-essential personnel. All before and after school activities are canceled. And there will be no preschool or Head Start. Thank you, Office of Public Affairs

Oasis Art Gallery celebrates 7 years

Snow and ice in Wallingford

Good morning, Wallingford! The National Weather Service has issued an ice storm warning which remains in effect until noon 2PM. All that white, fluffy stuff has been coated with icy rain, which means it's extra slippery out there. B.F. Day Family Dinner and Open House

On Thursday evening, January 26, B.F. Day Elementary School (3921 Linden Avenue N. in Fremont) will hold its annual Open House, inviting future families to come and check out the school.
