Free wellness event at Fuerte Fitness

Just in time for Cold and Flu Season, Fuerte Fitness (1225 North 45th Street) is holding a free wellness event on Tuesday, October 18 from 5pm - 8pm. Volunteers from the Foundation for Wellness Professionals will be providing free wellness screenings that include stress and adrenal testing, chemical toxicity testing, and blood pressure. Wallingford Playfield play area closed for one week

Last night as I was walking the dogs through Wallingford Playfield, I noticed a chain link fence around the perimeter of the play area. It was too dark to snap any pictures, so I emailed Dewey Potter, the Communications Manager at Seattle Parks and Rec and asked her what was up.
