The old Essential Bakery space won't be vacant long, according to Wallyhood tipster Ryan G: I spoke to the folks as Essential Baking, they said that a bicycle manufacturer is coming to town in place of the bakery. Brooke at Speedy Reedy (great shop) confirmed that the founders of Wheelsmiths, the first spoke manufacturer in the United States is opening some sort of facility where the bakery used to be. For some time now, a newer, larger truck has been waiting in the wings, parked next door in the Golden Oldies lot, and it looks like her time has come to shine.
