We're encouraging people to report criminal activity in Wallingford to the police and to the Wallyhood Crime Forum. We have no idea what the police do with their reports, but we'll be rolling up the reports from the forum here, to help folks keep a pulse on the criminal beat. Homelessness around Keystone

Occasionally, a note or conversation will start in the Wallyhood Forums that seems worth bubbling up to the main blog. Tour de Wallyhood

Being a mom of young kids, living in Wallingford is a gift. There are so many places you can go,  on foot or by bicycle, to amuse the little ones and yourself, as the winter days start to give everyone cabin fever. We've always been huge fans of InterConnection (down on Pacific near Gas Works) for their work refurbishing old computers for poor communities around the world, for providing job training for people here in Seattle and for selling really cheap used computers and parts to help finance those efforts.
