You may have seen our posts on the Freeway Estates Community Orchard, a garden/orchard neighborhood project on 6th Ave NE between 60th and 64th. Zero Waste Washington and Seattle Makers will host a Fix-It Fair on Saturday afternoon (3-6 pm), October 1. Seattle Makers is located 3300 Wallingford N, at the top of the Wallingford Steps, just south of the 34th and Wallingford intersection. The Fix-It Fair is free. You could just throw it away.
