Wallingford Street Fair Call for Vendors

Charlotte Trelease dropped us a line to let us know that they're looking for more craft vendors (jewelry, clothing, bags, etc.) for the July 10th Wallingford Street Fair (that coincides with the Wallingford Kiddie Parade). If you're interested, give her a ring (not the jewelry kind) at 206-399-8545 or download the application. It only costs $95!

I sat myself next to the snack table, munching on chocolate cookies and sipping apple juice as I evaluated the scene. Rita is an upbeat woman with a creatively elegant fashion sense; a beautiful cream blouse with…

Warm Yoga in a Cool Space

With all the hustle and bustle on the outside, you might not imagine you’d find a peaceful oasis in the small green bungalow next door from the 45th Street Clinic.  Yet once inside, Sutra Yoga and Wellness Center is warm and relaxing.  Even on the dreariest Seattle days, the plant-filled room with brightly colored walls and their signature painted tree helps to lift my spirits and renew my senses, while the warm air takes the damp chill out of my bones.…
