Jazz Hands and Grapevines

Lori Hollow wrote to tell us that she used to substitute teach for Jazzercise classes over at Lincoln High back in the early 90s; but once renovations were slated for the school, the classes had to move further north. Now, 20 years later, Lori has brought Jazzercise back to Wallingford, over at OmCulture beginning tomorrow (Tuesday, Oct. 4) at 5:30pm. Here's the Jazzerscoop: When I moved to Seattle in 1991, I was called to sub a Saturday morning Jazzercise class for Kathy Batson…

He is a white standard poodle. He's bigger now than in this picture. He has a blue collar but no tags on. If you see…

Not A Number leaving Wallingford

Kara Ceriello told us that Not A Number is leaving Wallingford and will be closing up shop this weekend. You may remember, Ceriello and her partner, Jon DeLeeuw, moved next door to a smaller space last February. Over the summer, Ceriello mentioned to me that they were having some storage issues in their current location, and while they looked at other options in the neighborhood, none of them worked out. Right now, they're looking at space in Ballard, so hopefully we'll…

Dr. Jenefer S. Huntoon

Update Monday, October 3: Dr. Huntoon's clinic is now closed for business though the office staff is still making and receiving calls from patients with any questions.
