Seattle Schools Update (Monday P.M. Edition)

Seattle Public Schools just announced that all schools and facilities will be closed on Tuesday, which means there's no school for Hamilton and Roosevelt, and no parent-teacher conferences for our elementary and K-8 schools.  You can listen to the message. The Meridian School will also be closed on Tuesday, and while St. Benedict had an early dismissal on Monday, it isn't clear on their website or by calling their number that the school will be closed on Tuesday.  Call the office…

It's parent-teacher conference week for all elementary and K-8 Seattle Public Schools, which means all the youngsters are out, hoping to enjoy their snow day.   As of 9:44 this morning, Seattle Public Schools have canceled any parent-teacher conferences scheduled after 12:30 today. Back in September, we reported that the Wallingford Home Tour, slated for October, had been canceled, due in part by lack of homeowners' participation.
