Support Wallingford Artists at a Local Art Fundraiser

We already know that Wallingford is home to some extraordinary art, but it is also home to some extraordinary artists. Just a month ago I had the privilege of attending an in-home art show down at the corner of 51st and Wallingford. The venue was cozy and comfortable; the show was hosted in Reagan Jackson’s home- in the space of a cleared out living room, dining room, and bedrooms. Accident on 1st

Earlier this week, Andy wrote: A girl on a bicycle was hit by a motorist at the corner of 43rd and 1st, right outside my kitchen window. Janet's official title is the Director of the…

Word on the Street This Week

Let's eavesdrop on what the neighbors have been saying this week...online.  Jump in to join the conversation at the Wallyhood Forums link above. Parking in our tight urban environment continues to be a hot topic in "Too many cars!".  If a property near you has way too many drivers for the curb space in front of it, check for tips and to have your say, or if you happen to live in such a property, likewise! Tempted to celebrate the temporary…
