Seventeen years we've lived in Wallingford, and the first time we stepped through the door at Leny's Tavern was (oh, the shame) this past Tuesday. It was way back in March, 2009 that we first noted the ongoing problems Babalu has been having with the liquor control board (What did you do, Babalu?).
