According to police data, Wallingford ranks 11th in number of car prowls among Seattle's neighborhoods, behind Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, and Ballard, to name a few. Woman Stabbed at 44th & Woodland Park

A woman was stabbed on the sidewalk in Wallingford on Tuesday afternoon in what officers on the scene called an apparent robbery attempt. The incident took place around 2:15pm at 44th and Woodland Park Ave N as a woman attacked another woman with a knife, according to police. Seattle Police Department recently launched @Getyourbikeback, a Twitter feed for their inventory of over 500 bicycles in their Evidence Warehouse. Why does the SPD have so many bikes?
