Missing Cat, Ruby

Julie wrote to tell us that her family's cat, Ruby, is missing. If you see the cat, please call the number below: Our beloved black cat Ruby, a 1.5-year old female, is missing as of yesterday (12/21). She has a white blaze on her chest and one white paw. Although she is an outside cat, she almost always comes in at night and has never been out for this long. She is missing her collar (we found it in our front…

Teddy and Theodore

We've received two separate requests to post information on some lost pets in the neighborhood. Wally Pets owner Paul Brown told us about two separate incidents of attempted dog theft. The first one…

Wally Pets to change ownership

We heard through the Wallyvine that Wally Pets (4411 Wallingford Ave N.) is about to change hands. So, I dropped in and spoke to the soon-to-be new owner who verified this little tidbit, and he says the change will occur officially on August 1. I promised to return to interview him for Wallyhood--especially since he pointed out several framed photographs of exotic animals from all over the world, and told me he was the one who photographed them in the wild.…
