Free Trees for Streets (and yards)

Wouldn't it be nice if your street looked like the picture to the right? Well, it can! The Seattle Department of Neighborhoods is giving away trees for free as a way to beautify your neighborhood (and help the environment). Keep Your Babies Cool

As the temperature soared to 90 on Thursday, my kiddos and I took advantage of the Wallingford wading pool’s limited hours and sought refuge in the cool water.
