New Irwin’s Underway

Construction is underway for a new Irwin's Neighborhood Bakery and Cafe at 301 NE 65th Street in Green Lake.  Irwin's is already home to two other locations: Wallingford (2123 N. 40th St.) and Eastlake (1201 B. Eastlake Ave. E.).  The new location will be on the corner of 65th and Latona, where PetDaddy was before someone crashed their truck into the store last year. Small increase decided for SPS full-day Kindergarten

We reported yesterday that Seattle Public Schools asked parents of incoming Kindergarteners to fill out a survey about raising tuition for full day Kindergarten.  The results of the survey were shared today with the School Board during a budget work session to determine next steps for raising Kindergarten tuition.
